These regulation are accepted as soon as the initial payment is done.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">1. Only the guests registered<\/span> with the booking are allowed to live in the apartment and to stay overnight. Any further use or additional persons require the approval of the host.<br \/>\nThe apartment is located in a calm environment, thus it is not suitable for events or parties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">2. To keep the apartment clean,<\/span> the apartment is a strict non-smoking location. Animals are not allowed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">3. Please consider that the apartment is located in a house with other flats.<\/span><br \/>\nPlease be attentive to other residents and avoid noise,<br \/>\nparticularly before 7am and after 10 pm. For this reason, large groups or late-night-parties are not possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">4. State of the apartment<\/span><br \/>\nThe apartment is completely furnished and in a well-kept state. We would like to keep it this way. Please handle it carefully. In case you find any deficiencies, please contact us on short notice.<br \/>\nSo that we are able to put it in order.<br \/>\nLate complaints might be not accepted and will not result in a refund.Please report any damage without delay.<br \/>\nIn case, some kind of unhandiness or damage happens to the guest, the tenant will be responsible.<br \/>\nAny buying of equipment is done by the host.<br \/>\nIn case the use of the internet access is desired, a separate form has to be filled in.<br \/>\nBefore checking-out, please sweep the floor.<br \/>\nThe renter will pay a fixed amount for final cleaning at the end of the rental period.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">5. Deposit<\/span><br \/>\nAt checkin,before handing over the keys, a deposit of 300 Euro has to be paid.<br \/>\nThis amount will be returned at checkout as long as there is no damage or cost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">6. Payment of the apartment<\/span><br \/>\n50% of the rate within 7 days after conclusion of the contract.<br \/>\nremaining amount latest 2 weeks before beginning of the rental period.<br \/>\nIf the apartment is not paid in time, the host has the right to rent the apartment to another person.<br \/>\nIn case of renting on very short notice, the apartment will be paid cash at time of handing over the keys.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">7. Booking and reservation<\/span><br \/>\nthe booking will be done directly with us( Anne and Hans-Christian Kammerer).<br \/>\nThere is no administrator.<\/p>\n<p>how to book the apartment:<br \/>\nstep 1: You send us the inquiry by e-mail or by telephone.<br \/>\nstep 2: we send you the offer with all the details regarding availability, rate, down payment, deposit and we make a reservation for you for two days.<br \/>\nstep 3: You confirm the offer sending an email.<br \/>\nstep 4: We confirm the booking and send you the details with the details for the transfer and further relevant details.<br \/>\nstep 5: You pay by giro the down payment of 50% to our account within 7 days.<br \/>\nstep 6: After receiving the money, we confirm the down payment and we guarantee the reservation of the apartment.<br \/>\nstep 7: The rest of the payment, will be done latest 14 days before the renting period.<br \/>\nThis payment will be confirmed as well and final information will be sent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">8. Cancellation from the guest\/renter:<\/span><br \/>\nThe renter has the right to cancel the reservation in written form.<br \/>\nGenerally, with cancellation of short-term rental agreements, the full rate (reduced by expenses which were not yet relevant) has to be payed.<br \/>\nWe only charge cancellation fees depending on the time of cancellation:<br \/>\n20 Euro if cancellation was done until 2 months before the beginning of the rental period<br \/>\n50% of the agreed rental fee from 2 months until 15 days before the beginning of the rental period<br \/>\n80% of the agreed rental fee from 24 days until one day before the beginning of the rental period, or no-show.<br \/>\nIf the apartment can be rented to another person (decision of the host), the cancellation fee will be reduced.<br \/>\nIn case of a premature departure, there will be no refund.<br \/>\nWe suggest to procure a travel cancellation insurance.<br \/>\nloss of keys: in case of a loss pf keys, the tenant will be charged for the corresponding expenses due to the exchange of the<br \/>\nentire locking system of the doors in the house.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">9. Cancellation by the renter<\/span><br \/>\nIn case of grossly negligent behaviour of the renter,<br \/>\nthe agreement can be terminated early.<br \/>\nIn case of a multiple violation against the rental regulations, the host has the right to terminate the renting with a unilateral measure.<br \/>\nThe renter has to leave the apartment without delay.<br \/>\nThere is no claim to get a refund of the rental fees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">10. Check-in and check-out<\/span><br \/>\nAt the day of check-in, the apartment is available from 2pm.<br \/>\nPlease give us an estimate for the time of arrival (between 3pm and 7pm) so that we will be at the apartment.<br \/>\nIn case of change of arrival time , we would ask for an update by phone.<br \/>\nPlease give us the number of your mobile phone, so that we talk about arrangements.<br \/>\nUpon check-in, we will take notes of the ID-card or passport of all tenants.<br \/>\nThis information is just for security reasons and the data will not be forwarded.<br \/>\nAt check-in the deposit will be furnished (if not paid before) and will be returned as cash to the renter if there was no damage.<br \/>\nAt the day of departure, the checkout will be done between 8 am and 11 am. We ask for clean-sweeping of the apartment.<br \/>\nIf needed an arrangement for later checkout may be found, depending on availability.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">11.
